Day 17 - a Year by the Sea

Window Lace. The cold storm window causes the water vapor caught between the inner and outer windows to freeze onto the surface of the outer window. The resulting lace patterns are unique to each window. The rising sun has caught the lace on this east facing window. The resulting pattern is entirely accidental and entirely beautiful. No human hand painted this. Cold air and water were the artists responsible.
