Day 42 - a Year by the Sea

Penthouse apartment. Harbor view. Charming views of airport and shipping. Large sewage processing plant conveniently located two hundred yards away. Attentive landlord. Bargain price. Ospreys only. It’s quite a place for a nesting platform but you can tell from the litter hanging out the side that it’s been used before. It’ll be interesting during this year long blog that I’m doing to watch for the returning pair and possible offspring. I’ll be out to Deer Island at least once or twice a week so I hope to see some osprey this year.
