Day 94 - a Year by the Sea
April 4, 2007 by OrientSee.
If April’s showers bring May’s flowers, what does April’s snow bring? The snow was blowing quite strong and the result was this bizarre image. It was all snow flake size but somehow the autofocus and the shutter caught the fluff as snow balls. It did feel like someone was throwing snow at me. I’m still down with this cough and phlegm thing, so I really haven’t been out much. I joined a local bird group email list and it is fun to read. There all these people who are as happy as me to see a neat bird. There’s a place for us nature bird geeks. They are out all the time finding allĀ kinds of birds that I would never see. I see shorebirds, hawks and small thicket birds. They see a world of vultures, phoebes and rusty blackbirds. It’s just a kick to be out and finding these things.
Ciao!
