Day 152 - a Year by the Sea

Work can be such a drag. Never enough time to smell the roses. What if this was your job? Bummer! It probably doesn’t bother this bee much though. He’s got too many stops to make before day’s end. He’s been at it since Spring was just a promise and he’ll be at it till frost. No end and no reward for a job well done. Survival is the job and the point of it all for him. So he doesn’t write songs. He does delight me and his buzz is a sort of music that’s pleasant to hear.
