Day 158 - a Year by the Sea

This plant is about 20 inches tall and grows near the marsh next to a sapling.  That’s all I know but what I see is rich glowing life. Words are not able to encompass what this plant does. This is a complete contrast to other images that I saw today at the ICA (contemporary art museum here in Boston). The “art” is forced and constrained to a frame or a pedestal. They have the feel and look of busy-ness and self congratulation. Most of them strike me as literary creations without much movement or life. This one plant is. That’s all. It is.
