Day 308 - a Year by the Sea
November 4, 2007 by OrientSee.
The storm blew past last night. The media people once again blew it up out of proportion. It was a real storm but not close to being bad. The air was certainly clean and we had a glorious fall day. I rode thirty miles on my bike on the Nashua River Trail and it was a delight. Plenty of people were out walking, running and riding. The trees were still in fall color and the day warmed up into the fifties. In the marsh, there was still some fruit on the trees. It may not be a bad cold winter this year. In the past, the cold usually has us it in its grasp by now. The weather is changing. There promises to be more rain in the week, so the wet cold is coming closer. Today it was just the opposite. It was so good to be out with sun on your face.
Ciao!
